The Maternal and Child Health Nurse (M&CH) is a family centred heath service enhancing the quality of life for children aged 0-6 and their families, free of charge. A M&CH Nurse from the Ararat Rural City Council, visits the Lake Bolac Bush Nursing Centre on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, offering half hour appointments. Times:
-2nd Wednesday - 10am till 4pm
-4th Wednesday - 1pm till 4pm
Exercise times are as follows:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
-Fab & Fit 9:30 - 10:30
-Living Longer, Living Stronger 10:30 - 11:30
The remedial Masseur is there every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Visit every 4th Wednesday. Cost $10 per visit
Visit every Monday afternoon. Cost $10 per visit
